How much does a premium repaint cost?
Every home is different, but our interior projects typically start from around $8,000 and full exterior refinishes from $12,000. Your written quote itemises every surface, coat and coating so there are no surprises.
How soon can you start?
We generally book 3–6 weeks ahead to protect quality. Urgent pre-sale or handover work can often be accommodated — mention it in your enquiry and we'll do our best.
Do you use sub-contractors?
No. Every project is delivered by our own team, personally overseen by owner Yuri Turbiani da Silva — the only way we can stand behind our written workmanship warranty.
What warranty do you provide?
A written workmanship warranty: 5 years on new areas and 1 year on previously or partially painted areas. It protects our work against any painting defects or blemishes arising during that period, in line with the Australian Standard Guide to the Painting of Buildings.
What happens if I don't like the finish?
We don't leave until you're delighted. A defects walk-through is built into every project, and any items are rectified before final invoice. Our written workmanship warranty then applies as above.
Is my home protected during the job?
Meticulously. Floors, joinery, landscaping and furniture are protected daily, and our sites are cleaned end-of-day, every day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — QBCC licensed (licence 15450061), $10,000,000 Public Liability cover and WorkCover compliant. Certificates of currency provided on request.
